  • Tuna 1lb or 500g: Diced or minced raw tuna.
  • Panko breadcrumbs 1 cup: These will help bind and also provide texture.
  • Eggs 3: the egg also acts as a binding agent.
  • 1 cup of tasty cheese.
  • 1 small onion: finely chopped.
  • 1 cup of milk.
